Isso decorre do fato de que a atividade enzim\u00e1tica total de um solo \u00e9 o somat\u00f3rio de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atividade enzim\u00e1tica dos organismos vivos (microrganismos, plantas e animais);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enzimas abi\u00f4nticas (associadas \u00e0 fra\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o viva, que se acumulam no solo protegidas da a\u00e7\u00e3o de proteases por meio de sua adsor\u00e7\u00e3o em part\u00edculas de argila);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mat\u00e9ria org\u00e2nica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A capacidade do solo de estabilizar e proteger enzimas est\u00e1 relacionada \u00e0 sua capacidade de armazenar e estabilizar MO (afinal a enzima \u00e9 uma mol\u00e9cula org\u00e2nica) e outras propriedades estruturais associadas (agrega\u00e7\u00e3o e porosidade), que s\u00e3o de dif\u00edcil detec\u00e7\u00e3o num curto per\u00edodo, diferentemente da atividade enzim\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Sa\u00fade do solo<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre os par\u00e2metros utilizados para caracterizar o componente biol\u00f3gico dos solos e avaliar a sua sa\u00fade\/qualidade, destacam-se as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de biomassa microbiana e de atividade enzim\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Biomassa<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A biomassa microbiana do solo, como o pr\u00f3prio nome diz, avalia a massa dos microrganismos no solo e \u00e9 expressa como mg de C, N, e\/ou P nos microrganismos por quilograma de solo.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A biomassa \u00e9 a parte viva e mais ativa da MOS sendo constitu\u00edda, principalmente, por fungos, bact\u00e9rias e actinomicetos.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar da sua import\u00e2ncia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao teor total de MOS, o tamanho dos componentes vivos \u00e9 relativamente pequeno, variando de 1% a 5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Enzimas<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No solo, as enzimas participam como catalizadoras das rea\u00e7\u00f5es metab\u00f3licas intracelulares, que ocorrem nos seres vivos. Al\u00e9m disso, as enzimas extracelulares desempenham papel fundamental, atuando em v\u00e1rias rea\u00e7\u00f5es que resultam na decomposi\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos org\u00e2nicos, tais como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ligninases;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celulases;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proteases;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glucosidases;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Galactosidases.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As enzimas tamb\u00e9m desempenham pap\u00e9is importantes na ciclagem de nutrientes, os quais podemos citar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fosfatases;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amidases;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urease;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sulfatase.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por fim, mas n\u00e3o menos importante, as enzimas est\u00e3o ligadas \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o da MOS e da estrutura do solo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O potencial das an\u00e1lises de atividade enzim\u00e1tica como indicadores de grande sensibilidade, especialmente \u03b2-glicosidase e arilsulfatase, tem sido verificado no Cerrado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assim foi ficando cada vez mais claro a necessidade de incluir tamb\u00e9m a an\u00e1lise dos <a href=\"https:\/\/rehagro.com.br\/blog\/bioindicadores-para-determinar-a-qualidade-do-solo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>bioindicadores<\/strong><\/a> nas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de rotina do solo, principalmente quando se adota o <a href=\"https:\/\/rehagro.com.br\/blog\/sistema-de-plantio-direto-no-brasil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>sistema de plantio direto (SPD)<\/strong><\/a> devido ao manejo de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a expans\u00e3o acelerada dos plantios, se faz necess\u00e1rio um <strong>solo constru\u00eddo de forma equilibrada<\/strong> e adequada para as culturas e as an\u00e1lises, portanto, se tornam imprescind\u00edveis.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o!<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como vimos nesse artigo, o solo \u00e9 essencial, independente da a\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola que o produtor far\u00e1 em sua fazenda.
